This semester I had to do a work for a subject called Geotourism about the Peneda-Gerês National Park. Last weekend I went to some places to take pictures for my work. I had to take pictures to stones, so you may know. My work is conect to granite and remains of glaciation that exist in the park. I went to two places, Meadinha and Junqueira. I couldn’t find specific photographs about Junqueira in the web, that’s why I went there. I also wanted togo to Penameda Pequena, but I couldn’t go there by car and it was already late to go on foot.

These are some of the pictures I took:

I had time to see Neolitic remains in Mezio.

A picturesque village.

Our Lady of Peneda’s sanctuary and Meadinha (on the left).

A piece of Junqueira.
I also went to Arcos de Valdevez:

The water clock.

A baroque church.

Remains of mural painting and a grave in Our Lady of Conception’s chapel.

Like it?
